Here are two important tips for success in your own venture
The first important tip is to dig deeper and try to identify your strengths and your experience. If your CV says that you have an experience of 7 years in Graphic Design and 3 years in Sales/Marketing then you should go with the former. There is a dearth of good graphic designers and there are loads of projects available on online Freelance portals. All you need to do is establish a company name and display your portfolio online. The crux of the matter is that you need to go with what you know and have hands on experience in rather than jump into unknown territory.
The second home business tip is to formulate a cost strategy that will help you to work out your ROI in the long-term. Most home businesses don’t require huge finances and if you are doing an online business then your expenses are bound to be low. Most of the expenses for your online business will include computer/PC, internet, and Domain.

How can you not be making money when you have money ? «Its easy…when the economy goes down and prices are low…you buy a lot…when it comes back up….the prices come back up…then you sell…and the rest of the world follow’s your lead since youre rich…and then youre allwais one step ahead…aint complicated…
But whitout money…cant do that

this Trump is the only one making money out of those bullshit seminars…only way to make money…is to have money….there is no special secret….if you have money, you can easily make money….aint nothing to do with some special magic tric tips some rich guy would give you….wake up, go to school, make money, and use it to make more…aint that complicated…if you are in a rush, then take risks, sell drugs, pimp hoes and buy real estate after some laundry…aint no magic tricks…
Well you can patent a product or invention through the US Patents Office. You can find the application and basic information here:

Also keep in mind, that you can not patent an idea. You can only patent something of matter. That is an actual product or invention or design of something of matter.
So if you have say an internet idea, then that can not be patented.
If you have an idea then you have to develop a beta or proto-type in order to protect it.
Starting a business is not easy, it takes a lot of money to get something on the ground. Since you are quite young, I imagine that starting costs will be a problem. If it's something that won't take much money to get off the ground, then you'll be fine to do this on your own.
If you need help with money you can look for private investors or look at Venture Capitalists to help you get started. Microsoft used a Venture Capitalist to get started. Just to give you an idea of how successful businesses got started.
