For five years I tried everything to create an online home business working after after spending the day at my day job. After five years of researching the secret to making money online I finally realized that creating information products was one of the easiest and most profitable methods. This was good news for me as anyone can create an information product in a very short period.

Once I chose this path I spent six months reading forums, articles, and buying every book and ebook on the subject. I created a special document that contained all the tips and advice that I read over those six months and that was the most valuable thing that I have done in my entire life.

Self publishing books used to seem to be only for the elite writers with lots of money and connections with publishers. Well, I know know that is not the case. After six months of research I have finally found how anyone can self publish their book on a shoe-string budget while making your book available almost anywhere in the world. And I learned how you can keep 50% of the sales price, which certainly beats the 10% you might get with a traditional publisher.

Of course you need a book before you need self publishing information. If you haven’t written one yet you will be happy to know that it is actually quite easy. The simplest book to right is a how-to book on a topic that you are familiar with and hopefully enjoy. Do a little research on Amazon to see what non-fiction how-to books are selling well to help you pick a topic. • Speed – Once you self publish one book you will become very fast at getting future books to market compared to waiting on a publisher for each step of the process

It comes down to a simple question “do you want to do it the easy way or the hard way?”, which stated another way is “do you want to make it or not?”. If you want to start a successful online business and make some serious money in a short period of time you need an action plan built on years of experience of other to save time, money, and your sanity.
